The location of the subject property is usually the most important consideration when ordering . Most locations are easily accessible, but there are several locations which are restricted air space and special permission must be obtained to enter these areas. Please be as specific as possible as to the location of the desired area for aerial photography when ordering.  Land photographs help very much in locating the proper site.  Please provide land photographs whenever possible.

If you know the Latitude & Longitude of the subject area, please inform us.  This information helps tremendously.

Your specific needs are another factor. A set of small advertising photos will cost less much less than a set of mounted displays for a courtroom presentation.  Please provide as much information as possible when ordering.   We always shoot several views of a subject location at multiple altitudes.  

All photos (...the good, the bad) will be placed on a website for you to view and at your option, we can mail them to you on a CD

SCHEDULING

When you call or write, please provide the following information :  

1. The exact location of the property, street address if possible.
2. Size & description of the property. 
3. Any special features on the subject or surrounding properties.
4. Provide land pictures if possible.
5. Latitude & Longitude

There are occasions when we will require a tax map or other sketch of the property boundaries or the latitude & longitude. Additional charges may apply if you are unable to provide this information.
